Basic course on the DFS methodology
July 7 - August 14, 2025(Tuesday, Thursday, 7:00 PM & Saturday, 3:00 PM)
Differential Functional States (DFS) is not just a self-development technique, but a practical tool that helps a person get out of the power of automatic reactions. Thanks to it, a person learns to manage his internal state, and therefore - his own life.In the daily hustle and bustle, we often act on automatic: emotions, stress, circumstances - all this triggers patterned reactions. DFS allows you to get out of this circle. A person begins to realize what state he is in, and consciously move to the one that best suits the goals and situation. This is a technique about freedom of choice. It teaches not to adapt to the external but to create a new quality of interaction with reality. Instead of reacting to circumstances, a person begins to influence them by changing himself.DFS is a tool of action, concentration, and inner strength.
30 classes under the professional guidance of Olga Tkachenko are a systematic daily immersion in the practice that builds a stable presence in oneself and a holistic perception of reality.
1. "Fire Flower" - a functional system
"Fire Flower" serves as the basis for all transformational changes inherent in this technique. Having built it in the body with the help of fire energy, we form the structure of a psychoenergetic tool. Building the "Fire Flower" contributes to the development of the perception of oneself as space, the establishment of stable self-awareness, and entering into spatial relations with reality. By creating this fire structure, energy intensity and energy conductivity increase, and sensitivity and susceptibility to subtle interactions increase.
2. Basic exercises of the DFS technique
- "Contemplation". This exercise serves as an effective means for developing stable self-awareness.- "Flight of the White Bird" - this exercise helps develop spatial interaction skills, the ability to enter into subtle, differentiated relationships with space.- "Cinema" or self-contemplation - provides an opportunity to develop stable self-awareness and points the way to disidentification with consciousness.- "Zero concentration" - the exercise serves to develop a stable emotional sphere, is one of the most effective ways to find inner peace and silence and stop the internal dialogue. Is also part of the training to master the spatial sense of oneself and spatial interactions.
3. Vibrational practices
Vibrational practices help to experience functional states not with the mind, but directly through the body. Involving breathing, sound, movements, and other physical manifestations, these practices activate internal energy, cleanse the space of perception, and relieve muscle tension and psycho-emotional blocks. It is through the body that deeper access to oneself opens up, and mastering the DFS methodology becomes not only theoretical but a fully embodied, living experience. Thanks to vibrational practices, functional states are experienced more deeply, it is easier to switch between them, the influence of mental control is reduced, and a holistic sense of oneself in the moment is formed. When the body remembers a state, it is not necessary to search for it for a long time - it is enough to enter into the rhythm, sound, or breath, and the inner space is already opened.
4. Questions, answers, and exchange of experiences
The course will include not only bodily practice but also space for a live dialogue with the presenter and between participants. This is an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, find words for your feelings, and support each other in a joint process.
This course is not about information but about experience. For those who want to live differently - consciously and in resonance with themselves, people, and reality.
It is suitable for:– those who are first introduced to the DFS methodology;– practitioners for whom it is important to “reboot” and return to the basics;– to creative and sensitive people for qualitative change of states and their management;– those who are looking for effective means of self-regulation and deeper self-knowledge;– those who want not to survive but to become the master of their life;– and those who seek to skillfully cope with various life situations, both in professional and personal spaces.
The minimum course is 30 lessons, and with each subsequent one the result becomes deeper. The pace of development is individual, and the limit of development is only in your decision.
